Our trips are all-inclusive (*except where noted). Cost of the trip includes:
Prior to the trip, we will let you know where to board the bus and if you need to pack anything other than the basics.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat on the bus. Approximately 4 weeks before the trip, you will receive an e-mail telling you the time and location of where we will load the bus and the balance due. All payments are due two weeks prior to the date of departure. Because we have to pre-pay for meals, activities, etc., all payments and deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable, if you find another passenger to take your place on the trip you were signed up for.
For trip planning purposes, sign up is encouraged at least 60 days prior to departure, however sign-up will be accepted at any time if space is available.
